After storming out of the house during an argument with her brother Klaus, Estraeah finds a cave that has materialized in the forest behind their home. Klaus, worried about his sister after their fight, follows behind her. Together, the siblings discover a portal to another dimension within the cave and are thrown into an unfamiliar world where magic is real, mythical creatures live normal lives, and there might be more to them both than meets the eye.
