Estraeah sighs and rubs at her eyes. "I am not simultaneously in every part of the forest at all times of day. It is possible a house was built in that area."
Klaus nods, patting her on the back. "Yeah, so it's good you turned back! Wouldn't want you to get caught trespassing."
Estraeah purses her lips, her eyes trained on the forest path. "Let us return home." Having nothing more to say to her brother, she brushes past him, hand clutched tightly to the strap of her bag.
Before she can get too far, the ground begins to rumble, nearly knocking her off her feet. She clings to a tree and looks back at Klaus. "Earthquake?!"
He shakes his head. "No, I don't think so!"
Rather than being continuous, there is a series of events akin to explosions. The longer they stand in place, the louder and more intense the rumbling becomes. They seem to be coming from up ahead, back toward their house.
